The information on this site, in the Blueprint, the quiz, our emails and our programs is general education. It is not medical advice or diagnosis, and it does not replace advice from your GP or specialist. Please speak with your doctor before changing your diet if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. Serena is a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition). She is not a medical doctor.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Serena Wilson, a sole trader trading as Wellness with Serena, based at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Contact us at hello@wellnesswithserena.com for all requests. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. The quiz and your personalised breakdown
The healthy eating quiz and its personalised breakdown are general in nature. The breakdown is partly written by an AI service based on your answers. It is not an individual assessment and should not be relied on as one.
3. Consult bookings
The Comprehensive Consult package is $400 AUD, paid once at the time of booking through our payment provider, Stripe. Your place is held once payment clears.
To reschedule, email hello@wellnesswithserena.com at least 48 hours before your session and we will move it to the next available time.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, or do not attend, no refund is given. To cancel, email hello@wellnesswithserena.com.
4. Digital products
The free Mediterranean Blueprint, The Mediterranean Reset and the Membership, whether free or paid, are for your personal use only. Please do not share, copy, resell or distribute them. Program specific terms will be provided at purchase.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our emails, programs and downloads, including text, recipes, photos, videos and materials, belongs to Wellness with Serena or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its content, and where our liability cannot be excluded it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid for it.
8. Your privacy
How we handle your personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
